Who processes your data

Who has access to the data
We don’t sell data to anyone. These processors help us with it:
- Google (Google Workspace for e-mail and Firebase Hosting for the website),
- our accountant.
Google may also process data outside the European Union. Such transfers are governed by standard contractual clauses or the EU–US Data Privacy Framework.
Your rights
- find out what data we hold about you and get a copy,
- have incorrect data corrected,
- ask for erasure or restriction of processing,
- object to processing based on legitimate interest,
- receive your data in a machine-readable form where we process it under a contract.
Just write to info@tachys.cz. We will reply within one month at the latest. If you are not satisfied, you can complain to the Czech Office for Personal Data Protection (Úřad pro ochranu osobních údajů), Pplk. Sochora 27, 170 00 Prague 7, uoou.gov.cz.
Automated decision-making
We don’t profile anyone or make automated decisions about anyone.
